1. Scope and Agreement on the Terms and Conditions of Sale

In addition to the General Conditions of Use of the Website and the Privacy Policy, the purchase of products offered for sale on the cristinalinassi.com website ( “Website” ) is subject to these legally binding General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, to the Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale (collectively, “Terms and Conditions of Sale“).

Your purchase and order of products on this Website constitutes your agreement with CONTRALTO S.r.l. ( “Cristina Linassi – Venezia” ) to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All orders may only be placed on the Website by customers purchasing product not intended for resale. Any resale of Cristina Linassi – Venezia products purchased on the Website is strictly prohibited. Therefore, you declare and guarantee that you act as a final consumer and that you do not intend to resell Cristina Linassi – Venezia products for commercial purposes.

Cristina Linassi – Venezia may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice by posting them on this Website. You can view the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labeled “Terms and Conditions“.
For each order you place on the Website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force as of the date of your order is required. The Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.

2. Placing an order

You may place your order via the Website.

For each product selected on the Website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the item, its coloring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order.

You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.

Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to Cristina Linassi – Venezia for processing (see “Order Confirmation”). While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the Cristina Linassi – Venezia products in the photographs displayed on the Website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer or mobile device.
Accordingly, Cristina Linassi – Venezia shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Cristina Linassi – Venezia products displayed on the Website. If you have any questions about the products, you may contact our Customer Service from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Please note that each and every product is made to order and it is not returnable. Each and every Cristina Linassi- Venezia product is hand made and hand crafted so dimensions may slightly vary.

Cristina Linassi – Venezia reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Cristina Linassi – Venezia has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate business reason.

3. Product availability

Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are made to order. Cristina Linassi – Venezia will provide within 48 hours from the order, its time delivery.

Cristina Linassi – Venezia reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted.

4. Order confirmation

After you click on the “Confirm and Pay” button, your order will be confirmed and submitted for processing. Once submitted for processing you may not make any changes to or cancel the order, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions of Sale or applicable law. The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You will receive an order summary by e-mail together with terms of delivery.

5. Price Payment

All prices of Cristina Linassi – Venezia products are indicated in Euro, including taxes. Shipping costs (see “Shipping and Delivery”) will be added at check out.

Cristina Linassi – Venezia reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice.
Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. Credit and debit cards are the only methods accepted for payment on the Website Store.
All orders are payable in Euro. Payment will be made through by Stripe . When completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the Stripe platform in which you will pay with credit card (no account needed).
Your order will only be shipped once we have verified your payment method and the payment has been processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure.
Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered to physical street address.
International orders are shipped via UPS.
National orders are shipped via GLS.

7. Shipping costs

Delivery costs depend on weight and dimensions of the products ordered and by country of destination.
We will inform you of the shipping costs foer your shipment in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm the order.
This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including or excluding taxes, of the products ordered.

For international orders please be aware that you will be asked to provide us with passport number and date of birth that are mandatory in the invoice we issue.
Phone number is mandatory for UPS.

8. Delivery Time

When you place your order we will inform you within 48 hours via email of the estimated time for delivery for the products purchased.

9. Problems of delivery

You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should
note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged package, damaged product) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.

10. Returns and Refunds

Every single Cristina Linassi – Venezia product is made to order. All sale are final. Orders may not be reurned for refund nor exchanged for credit.

Returns are accepted ONLY for product that is defective, shipped incorrectly, or not constructed to customer specifications within 30 days of purchase.
Any of the above must be provided via email with picuters demonstrating the defection or damage to our Customer Service.
Any return received without a Return Authorization will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Cristina Linassi – Venezia reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Sale items, made to order items, custom orders and cut fabric are not returnable.

Cristina Linassi – Venezia is not responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value and use a traceable carrier (like FedEx or UPS).

11. Compliance
Every single Cristina Linassi – Venezia product is hand made and hand crafted. Therefore, product delivered cannot be guarenteed exactly identical to the sample seen by Customer in the Website.
As a consequence, Cristina Linassi – Venezia cannot be held liable for any normal differences in the photographs or graphical representations of the products displayed on the Website.
The dimensions listed on the Website are provided for information only, as Customer accepts hand-made manufacturing tollerances. Cristina Linassi – Venezia is entitled to make any modifications arisign from the
technical requirements of handmaking and manufacturing, without Customer having to bear any costs arising from those modifications.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are explicitly excluded from application of the “United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale (CISG)”.
