RETURNS

At CRISTINA LINASSI we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products.

Our attention to detail in design, material, and craftsmanship is unyielding – and so is our committment to customer satisfaction.
Returns are accepted ONLY for product that is defective, shipped incorrectly, or not constructed to customer specifications within 30 days of purchase.

Any return received without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at their cost.

CRISTINA LINASSI reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Sale items, made to order items, custom orders and cut fabric are not returnable.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

SHIPMENT

Shipments are made by UPS courier and the cost is based on the total weight of the order.

For orders with a value exceeding  3600 EUR, the place and date of birth must be indicated.

We are currently unable to ship to post office boxes and post office.

Estimated delivery times from the shipping date:
Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 1-2 working days for the main destinations / 2-3 working days for the remote destinations.

CRISTINA LINASSI L.F.A. is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to force majeure events beyond the control of Cristina Linassi l.a.

TRACEABILITY OF SHIPPING

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from CRISTINA LINASSI with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

** SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL EXTRA EU SHIPPING DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES THAT MAY BE APPLIED. SUCH AMOUNTS ARE CHARGED TO THE RECIPIENT.
